Rest Day
26 days until we run 26.2 miles, as of now, I think it is only Susan and I that have officially signed up, and by the way Susan has just recently entered a new age group! So who else has already signed up or is still planning on signing up? Make no mistake about it, it is going to be a hard, most likely painful(to some degree) and most assuredly a mentally challenging day. So why would you want to try and run a marathon you ask? WHY NOT? We are crossfitters, we are intrigued by new challenges and harder WOD's to see if we have what it takes mentally and physically to complete the challenge. In my opinion, that is what Crossfit is about. Remember when you first started Crossfit and thought how some of the WOD'S seemed impossible, but you stayed determined and consistent and the "impossible" became very possible, even "easy" the harder you pushed. So again, only 26 days til we run 26.2 miles, start preparing yourself mentally and be careful to not overtrain.
